Looks like I've been missing notifications of all the comments and trackbacks all you kind folks have been sending me. When I upgraded WordPress I forgot to set the email notification for moderated comments so they were all held in the moderation queue (along with 600+ poker spams). Sorry about that. Rest assured that I wasn't ignoring you!
