A new version of HeadlineViewer is available that has made a start at channel categorisation. It's a hard task - we started down that route with StartsHere and xmlTree has spent a lot of time working on a good classification scheme. I think the lesson learnt is that there is no single holy grail of classification - different data sets need different schemes. Also at some point arbitrary decisions have to be made on borderline cases. Something has to be done and Carmen has made the move, but it's a problem that will be around for years to come.
