eHow aims to provide a source for finding out how to do something such as Find a Lost Cat, Boil Pasta or Install a Surround Sound System, the premise being that once you've found out how to do something you will probably want to buy something related such as a VCR or a cat collar. Sometimes, though, the instructions are hopelessly vague, and there lots of the things I wanted to know aren't included yet.
