Qualcomm have released their pdQ PDA Phone which incorporates a version of the PalmPilot. There's a good hands on review at PalmStation:

So, bottom line, this is a serious PDA. It's larger than what I'm used to, but integrating a Palm, a cellphone, and a pager together, plus adding real wireless internet access... well, it seems worth the ounces at first glance. The price is a killer, though, so I don't expect any casual users... people who end up with this model will *know* that they want it and exactly why ahead of time.
