Sorry for that unscheduled outage - our web host upgraded to a new server and broke PHP. They fixed that but they had installed the latest version of Postgres. The database was left running on the old machine, but the PHP library isn't backwards compatible with the previous version of Postgres so it was impossible to connect! Anyway, on with the show...
