The nominations are out for the 1998 Web Innovator of the Year award. No surprises about most nominees, Tim Bray for XML, Glenn Davis et.al of the Web Standards Project, the Mozilla team, Linus Torvalds, the Dreamweaver team and the PHP team. Additional applause to Dave Winer who featured twice, and Microsoft, nominated no less than three times, including one for cough Visual J++! All votes must be in by April 6th, so get cracking.
