I've made the final push tonight and released the first public version of Pepys. Pepys is a powerful hypertext enabled notebook designed for individuals and small workgroups. It works in a similar way to a WikiWikiWeb. However, unlike a WikiWikiWeb, Pepys does not require a web server or any kind of administrative access. Simply download and run the installer and start using Pepys to organise your thoughts and keep notes.

This edition of Pepys is free. Future, enhanced editions will be payware.
