First XHTML Microbrowser

Nokia have demonstrated what they claim is the world's first XHTML microbrowser on a mobile phone at CeBIT in Hannover. The browser supports WML for legacy applications as well as XHTML. It's pretty clear that the future of mobile internet markup is in modularised XHTML. DoCoMo and the WAPForum have both said their next generation services will be based on it rather than enhanced forms of WML or cHTML
