Centraal, the people behind RealNames has done the right thing and renamed itself. It'll now be known as RealNames which is what most people thought it was called in the first place. The RealNames keyword scheme is destined for big things IMO. Sad as it may seem the DNS system we all love and know will disappear in the next ten years. It'll be cool to have a RealName, and only the uncool masses will have obscure, hard to remember domain names. Also gone will be that one line URL that lets you refer to any page on the Internet. Instead we'll be saying things like 'type the Internet Keyword, now see that spinning thing, click on it and then click on the dollar sign'. Already we're getting more situations like this with badly designed Frames sites and sites created entirely in Flash and it's only going to get worse.
